How Does the Green Machine Compact Kit Work?

Discover how to use the Green Machine Compact Kit effectively with these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Fill your Green Machine Compact with cleaning wax.
Step 2: Pump the hand lever until the release valve opens.
Step 3: Hold the spray gun 25cm away from the car, then spray a thin layer of wax in a straight line across the selected car panel.
Step 4: Using the blue cloth, wipe off the wax with even, parallel strokes, avoiding circular motions.
Step 5: Use the green polishing cloth to buff and polish the selected bodywork area.
Step 6: Fill the hand spray bottles with the relevant chemicals.

Step 7: Use the yellow cloth with the bug cleaner liquid to quickly clean vehicle windows.
Step 8: Spray rim cleaner solution onto vehicle rims, wait 10 seconds, then wipe off with the pink cloth.
Step 9: Ensure tyres are clean using the rim cleaner and pink cloth, then apply tyre shine with the provided sponge.

Spray the vehicle with the wax. If there are dirt and dust water loosens debris when the solvent is used once last.

WHY USE THE GREEN MACHINE

Unlike traditional car wash methods that guzzle hundreds of liters of water per wash, the Green Machine utilizes a minimal amount of water – a mere 750ml, to be precise. This significant reduction in water usage not only preserves precious freshwater resources but also aligns with eco-conscious practices.

Moreover, the Green Machine ensures that all of cleaning products utilized are eco-friendly and safe, often sourced from ingredients commonly found in food. This commitment to sustainability extends beyond the washing process; even the containers housing the products are continuously reused, reducing the need for single-use plastic manufacturing and conserving both water and energy.

Furthermore, the system’s design ensures that any residue from the cleaning process, whether during rainfall or cloth rinsing, remains harmless to the water system, thus mitigating pollution risks.

ABOUT THE WAX

Central to the Green Machine’s operation is its use of a harmless, water-soluble wax, which is effortlessly applied and wiped off using micro-fiber cloths. This innovative approach not only minimizes water consumption but also eliminates the release of harmful pollutants into the environment.

WHAT DO YOU GET IN YOUR GREEN MACHINE?

A pressurize canister and spray for the wax.
The canister is pumped by hand to pressurize it and the atomiser provides an easy way to get even but light coverage to prevent wastage.
A pump empties a small amount (750ml) into the basin to mix the cleaning cloths, which is then drained into a second container that can be conveniently and safely emptied into a sewage drain.
The cart is on wheels and weighs on 28kg to make it easily mobile. It is also compact for easy storage.
There is space on the cart for wax spray the wax and buff the car. They are conveniently colour coded for each product.
Separate cleaning products for the tyres, windows and headlights. All products are environmentally friendly.

HOW IT WORKS

Spray the vehicles with the wax, avoiding the windows and tyres. The wax will stick to dirt and dust, holding it in suspension.
Take a microfiber cloth and wipe the wax and dirt off the car, rinsing the cloth occasionally in the machine’s basin. There is no need to scrub or put pressure on the car, reducing the risk of scratches.
Take another clean microfiber cloth and buff the car. The buffer cloths from the wax will create a high shine on the vehicle similar to a chemical based wax.
Use the glass, rim and tyre cleaners with the correct colour coded cloths to clean the windows, tyres and headlights and rims. The tyre cleaner requires a sponge rather than a microfiber cloth as it is easier to clean with.

This whole process is faster than using the traditional method of washing with a bucket and water.
