Our product effectively manages the formation of paraffin crystals induced by cold temperatures. It notably enhances the filtration properties and cold flow characteristics of diesel fuel, potentially improving the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) by up to -10 °C, depending on the diesel's quality. Its efficacy varies based on paraffin type and content in medium distillates.
Designed for all grades of diesel fuel and heating oil, it ensures seamless winter operation in vehicles and machinery prone to cold-related issues. Suitable for use in a range of diesel engines, including those in passenger and commercial vehicles, buses, construction machinery, and stationary engines, including Euro 6 models. Tested for compatibility with turbochargers, it's crucial to maintain a temperature approximately 5 °C above the cloud point for optimal prevention of paraffin separation. Note that pre-existing agglomerations of kerosene crystals cannot be dissolved after application.
Each liter treats 1,000 liters of fuel at a dosage of 1:1,000. Prior to use, ensure thorough mixing by shaking the can well or stirring larger containers. Store the product in frost-free conditions whenever possible, and if exposed to frost, bring it to room temperature before use. When adding to vehicle tanks, do so before refueling. For stationary fueling systems, successful mixing methods include adding when the tank is approximately ¼ full or using a stirrer during subsequent additions.
