Thank you for shopping at National Workshop Equipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. National Workshop Equipment will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of receipt of the original order. All Items returned must be in their original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange your order: Simply e- mail [email protected] to log your return or refund- Returns/Refunds: From date of receipt of goods the customer will have 7 working days to log the return and 7 calendar days to return the goods to a National Workshop Equipment nearest to you.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, unless damaged due to shipping. The item/s must be in the original packaging and include the invoice number/receipt of proof of purchase.
