Construction: Built with a heavily ribbed Meehanite cast iron bed, featuring hardened and ground Z-axis guideways for exceptional stability and accuracy.
Spindle Performance: The spindle ensures a concentricity of better than 0.015 mm and operates in an oil bath, supported by two adjustable precision tapered roller bearings.
Coolant System: Includes a separate coolant tank with a level indicator and oil separator, facilitating easy maintenance and cleaning.
User-Friendly Controls: The digital position indicator (DPA 21) features a splash-proof membrane keypad for enhanced accuracy and reduced error rates.
