The King Tony Timing Tool Set for VAG 1.6 & 2.0 TDI CR is designed specifically for the latest Volkswagen Group common rail diesel engines. Unlike older PD engines, these models utilise a combination of toothed belt and gear drive systems, where the belt transfers drive from the crankshaft to one camshaft, and gears distribute drive between camshafts for precise timing alignment.
