The Micro-Tec Optiturn Lathe TH4210 (420 x 1000 mm) is a high-precision, heavy-duty metal lathe engineered for professional machining, production workshops, and technical training environments. Built with advanced engineering and premium components, this lathe delivers outstanding accuracy, rigidity, and operational reliability for demanding turning applications.
Featuring hardened and ground Z-axis guideways and a precision spindle system, the TH4210 ensures smooth operation and exceptional machining accuracy. The machine is equipped with a Camlock DIN ISO 702-2 No. 6 spindle mount and a powerful 4.5 kW drive motor, allowing it to handle heavy-duty cutting with ease.
The lathe includes a fully integrated coolant system with a separate tank, oil separator, and easy-clean design, ensuring efficient cooling and extended tool life. A digital position indicator (DPA 21) is fitted on TH4210D / TH4215D models, while the TH4210V features a Siemens inverter-driven variable speed system for enhanced control.
Manufactured with a one-piece Meehanite cast iron bed, this lathe offers superior vibration damping and long-term dimensional stability. With an extensive threading range, precision feed control, and safety-enhanced operation, the Optiturn TH4210 is built for accuracy, productivity, and durability.
