This system combines a PM35 60:1 ratio grease pump with an air-operated pump hoist and gravity follower plate, providing a reliable solution for high-pressure grease delivery directly from 185 kg drums.

The pneumatic pump hoist allows easy lifting and lowering of the pump assembly, making drum changes faster, safer, and more efficient. The pump is mounted onto a gravity-fed follower plate with a single rubber lip, ensuring consistent contact with the grease.

The combined weight of the pump assembly, along with atmospheric pressure, helps eliminate channelling and air pockets, improving pump priming, reducing grease waste, and preventing contamination.

The kit includes the PM35 grease pump (530 620) and hose connection kit (534 612), providing a complete and ready-to-install system. An optional steel mounting plate (399 101) with drum retainers is available for enhanced stability.
