Description
The Kärcher IVM 40/12-1 H Z22 ATEX Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is a mobile middle-class industrial vacuum designed for the safe vacuuming of fine and coarse solids in dust class H environments and for use in ATEX Zone 22 areas. With its stainless steel container, EC turbine and dual-stage filtration system, it is built for demanding industrial cleaning where safety and reliability matter.
Powered by a low-wear 1.2kW EC turbine, the IVM 40/12-1 H Z22 delivers 43.8 l/s / 158 m³/h air flow and 249 mbar / 24.9 kPa vacuum. The brushless EC turbine is designed for low-wear operation and is suitable for three-shift operation with a minimum service life of 5,000 hours.
The machine includes a 40 litre stainless steel container, dust class M star main filter, dust class H secondary cartridge filter and set-down trolley emptying. Certified for ATEX Zone 22 and dust class H according to DIN EN 60335-2-69, this industrial vacuum is suitable for facilities requiring safe collection of hazardous dusts and solid materials.
