The Kärcher IVM 40/12-1 M Z22 ATEX Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is a mobile middle-class industrial vacuum designed for vacuuming fine and coarse solids in ATEX Zone 22 environments. Fitted with a dust class M star filter and low-wear EC turbine, it is built for safe, reliable industrial cleaning in demanding areas.
With 49.4 l/s / 178 m³/h air flow, 239 mbar / 23.9 kPa vacuum and a 40 litre stainless steel container, the IVM 40/12-1 M Z22 offers practical suction performance for industrial dust and solid material collection. Its brushless EC turbine is designed for low-wear operation and is suitable for three-shift operation with a minimum service life of 5,000 hours.
The machine is certified for ATEX Zone 22 and dust class M according to DIN EN 60335-2-69. It includes a star filter, set-down trolley container emptying, accessories holder and power cable storage compartment, while standard cleaning accessories are not included in the scope of delivery.
