The Kärcher IVR 100/40 Sc M ACD Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is a robust industrial vacuum designed for vacuuming combustible dusts in non-explosive areas. With ACD – Applied for Combustible Dust, dust class M filtration and a high 100 litre steel container, it offers strong filling capacity while using a comparatively small floor space.
Powered by a wear-resistant 4kW side channel blower with soft start, the IVR 100/40 Sc M ACD is suitable for vacuuming large quantities of dust and solids in demanding industrial environments. It delivers 138 l/s / 495 m³/h air flow, 140 mbar / 14 kPa vacuum and a rated input power of 4.7kW.
The machine features a practical set-down trolley emptying system, pocket main filter, movable suction hose port/pipe bend and a heavy-duty chassis with high wall thicknesses. Designed for mobile use in multiple-shift operation, it is well suited for workshops, production areas, manufacturing facilities and industrial cleaning applications where combustible dust control is required.
