The Launch EVT511 EV Battery Airtightness Detector is a professional sealing test device designed for electric vehicle battery packs after repairs, module replacement, or maintenance work. Before an EV battery pack is reinstalled, it is important to confirm that the enclosure is properly sealed to help prevent water ingress, internal short circuits, and possible safety risks.
The EVT511 allows technicians to test battery pack sealing using preset parameters such as volume, pressure, testing stage time, and leakage limits. Its high-sensitivity pressure sensor provides accurate and stable testing, while the built-in pressure gauge and 10.1-inch LCD screen display the real-time pressure curve for clear test monitoring.
