The Samoa Polaris 230V Electric Diesel Vane Pump (95 L/min) is a high-capacity, industrial-grade rotary vane pump designed for rapid and efficient diesel transfer in demanding workshop, agricultural, and industrial environments. Built for continuous operation, this pump is ideal for fixed fuel transfer systems requiring maximum flow performance.
Featuring a self-priming rotary vane system with self-adjusting vanes, the pump ensures smooth, reliable operation with consistent fuel delivery. The cast iron pump body with rustproof treatment, combined with a sintered steel rotor and acetyl resin vanes, provides exceptional durability and long service life.
With a flow rate of up to 95 litres per minute, this unit is engineered for high-volume fuel transfer applications. It includes a built-in bypass valve for pressure protection and an integrated filter with easy access for cleaning, ensuring clean fuel flow and protecting system components.
Powered by a 230V AC motor (50 Hz) with IP55 protection, the pump is designed for continuous duty operation, making it suitable for permanent installations. It features an on/off switch, fuse, and 1,8 metre power cable with plug for safe and convenient operation.
The pump supports horizontal or vertical mounting and includes 1 inch BSP (F) inlet and outlet connections or flange coupling, with a maximum suction lift of 2,5 metres.
